Great value for money and excellent customer service! the hotel is new, so the room and towels were spotless. the location is perfect for business travelers who need to be near the airport and don't want to spend too much time traveling. the staff are friendly and accommodating, taking care of all our needs quickly and professionally. On top of that, the free welcome drinks were a nice touch!

The hotel is in a convenient location with good restaurants and shops nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. the receptionist showed great concern by checking on me after accidentally closing the car door on me.
The hotel does not offer kitchen suites despite what was advertised to one guest.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped me with my special request for a high floor room. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with shops and restaurants nearby.
It was all superb.

Spent Christmas here and the decorations were pretty. Rooms are clean and offer comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great for those who need to be close to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from.
There were a few things that were disappointing. The hotel lacked a festive atmosphere, considering it was Christmas. The A/C control didn't work and the room was either too cold or too hot. The elevator chime "ding ding" could be heard in the room and was very annoying.
